We are part of the US Military Maintenance Network of commercial janitorial companies, a nationwide initiative to employ US veterans in the maintenance industry. We are looking for People and Companies that want to participate in this program so that we can hire and train local work ready US Veterans to maintain your property the way it deserves. At the same time when you hire our company, 5% of each account will be donated back to Veteran Organizations such as Hire Patriots, Veteran’s Food Pantry, and other local Veteran Organizations all while also working to end Veteran unemployment. James Dunlop is a patriotic Army Veteran and a founder of the US Military Maintenance True Shine LLC, in Colorado Springs, CO – A commercial cleaning business whose primary objective is to serve the community & facilitate the reduction of unemployed veterans. James Dunlop served in the US Army for more than 9 years as a Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear Specialist. After leaving Active Duty James embarked on a newer journey in hope of helping his fellow veterans. With the help of Mark Baird, in the year 2017, James Dunlop took an initiative with an ultimate goal of eliminating the veteran’s unemployment by providing them with an opportunity to serve the community. US Military Maintenance True Shine LLC was formulated in 2017 with an aim to assist veterans in rising above the clouds of unemployment & hopelessness. James’s goal as a professional is to establish a successful business which can help veterans give new meaning & purpose to their lives. Being a disabled Veteran, James Dunlop aim is to help other fellow veterans tackle the stigma of disability by helping them to stand on their feet again.

James Dunlop always had a keen interest in personal training and is passionate contact martial artist. He practices MMA, Jujitsu, Taekwondo, & Submission Wrestling and holds an experience of coaching several youth sport teams. James Dunlop greatest source of motivation comes from his family, he is a loving husband & and a proud father to 2 daughters and 2 sons. Motivated & inspired by the drive to provide a better living for his family, James Dunlop is always on the lookout for chances to make a difference and help others.

James Dunlop holds great love & compassion for his fellow veterans and he is always in awe of opportunities to serve his fellowmen in the greatest way possible. He loves the idea of veteran-owned business designed to help other veterans and is a true embodiment of change. He believes through constant hard work & struggle, everyone can rise above the hardships and give a new purpose to their lives.
